We are now looking for temporary staff who can also work during the summer months at our group and service housing within LSS, target group 1 located in Södermalm.

Your role

As a temporary employee with us, you will:

• work with LSS as a basis, as well as other relevant legislation
• perform the assignment based on the city's assignment description for social work
• follow the city's, district's, and unit's guidelines, routines, and policies
• document in Parasol according to current requirements
• actively work with individual development goals for users
• actively participate in staff meetings.
• use and develop digital tools as a natural part of the assignment

Your skills and experience

We prefer that you have experience working within LSS and that you have an adequate education as a support assistant or equivalent, such as the care program with a focus on LSS.

Additional knowledge in areas such as:

• ACC
• Low-affect response
• Motivational interviewing
